SHIPPING POLICY
Aikzxe currently ships to eligible destinations in the United States, Ireland, and the European Union that are available at checkout.
SHIPPING METHOD AND FEES
Orders are sent by standard or express shipping through major carriers selected according to the destination and package requirements.
- Additional fees zone: $4.99 USD; free shipping on orders of $99.00 USD or more.
- Standard zone: $5.99 USD; free shipping on orders of $39.00 USD or more.
The shipping charge shown at checkout is based on the order value and destination. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.
ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME
Configured shipping services are normally estimated at 9-14 business days after processing. These delivery estimates are not guarantees.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times may be delayed due to epidemics, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be sent in separate packages.
